Exchanges and Returns
Exchanges and Returns are easy (even if a little sad).
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of shipping, unless marked as final sale.
- Before you ship, send us an email at email@example.com. Include your order number, whether you want to return or exchange and what size/style you would like to exchange them for. We will contact you to confirm your return/exchange prior to shipping.
- Repack all merchandise into its original packaging (this includes keeping the heels in their protective sleeves and its original box) and place in a shipping box. Do not use the shoe box as the shipping box, as this will be considered damage and will not be entitled to refunds.
- Ship to the address on your invoice and include your invoice in the returned package. It is strongly recommended that you ship your package with a tracking number (return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer). Fan Feet is not liable for packages lost in transit.
- We will contact you when your return/exchange has been processed. Please allow 30 days to process returns/exchanges.
Please note: Samples, Sale, Clearance, Gift Cards and any purchases made in person at Events/Shows are Final Sales (cannot be returned or exchanged).
