Exchanges and Returns are easy (even if a little sad). 

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of shipping. 

Only shoes unworn and in original packaging can be returned or exchanged. It is highly recommended that when trying on your heels upon receipt, you try them on on carpet and not any surface that could damage the shoes. Any shoes deemed by us to have been worn are not entitled to refunds. Orders received as a return after 30 days from fulfillment will be given store credit only.

 

How do I return or exchange my Fan Feet Heels?
 
  1. Before you ship, send us an email at support@fanfeet.com. Include your order number, whether you want to return or exchange and what size/style you would like to exchange them for.   We will contact you to confirm your return/exchange prior to shipping. 
  2. Repack all merchandise into its original packaging (this includes keeping the heels in their protective sleeves and its original box) and place in a shipping box.  Do not use the shoe box as the shipping box, as this will be considered damage and will not be entitled to refunds.
  3. Ship to the address on your invoice and include your invoice in the returned package. It is strongly recommended that you ship your package with a tracking number (return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer). Fan Feet is not liable for packages lost in transit.
  4. We will contact you when your return/exchange has been processed.  Please allow 30 days to process returns/exchanges.

 

Please note: Samples, Clearance, Gift Cards and any purchases made in person at Events/Shows are Final Sale (cannot be returned or exchanged).
